speedikon FM Group: Newsletter July 2026

Digitalization has given organizations access to more information than ever before. Yet in many cases, finding the right information is becoming harder, not easier.

Engineers switch between multiple software systems. Facility managers search through documents, emails, and spreadsheets. Valuable data exists, but it is scattered across disconnected applications that rarely communicate with one another.

Whether at our Technology Days, the CAFM Trade Fair in Fulda, or in conversations with customers, the same questions kept coming up: How can existing information be used more effectively? Which technologies will shape the future? And how can organizations prepare for what’s next?

Our latest newsletter brings together these developments, along with upcoming events, webinars, and news from across the speedikon FM Group. In this article, we take a closer look at the key topics covered in the July edition. If you’d like to receive future editions directly in your inbox, you can subscribe to our newsletter free of charge.

From Data to Decisions: Technology Days 2026

Technology alone does not make organizations more efficient. The real value lies in connecting information across existing systems and making it accessible exactly when it is needed.

This was the central theme of this year’s Technology Days, where we presented the latest developments across the speedikon FM Group. Topics included the Visual Intelligence Platform, contextual AI, SAP S/4HANA integration, BIM-to-FM, and the latest roadmap for the C Platform. Together, these technologies demonstrate how disconnected information can become connected knowledge that supports better operational decisions.

What We Learned at the CAFM Trade Fair 2026

Just a few days after the Technology Days, the conversation continued at the CAFM Trade Fair in Fulda.

Across dozens of discussions with customers, prospective clients, and industry experts, several topics emerged repeatedly. Many organizations are currently evaluating the migration of existing CAFM systems, looking for open interfaces to integrate third-party software, and searching for solutions that remain updateable without requiring costly reimplementation of customer-specific configurations.
