Digitalising processes in facility and real estate management often involves a balancing act. Whether it is managing maintenance activities, service requests or other day-to-day operations, a new digital process needs to be introduced quickly while remaining structured, traceable and reliable in daily use.
Setting up such a process from scratch gives you plenty of freedom, but it also means making a series of decisions before it can actually be used. Workflows need to be defined, responsibilities assigned and the right information made available at each step.
For many established workflows, however, much of this groundwork does not need to be done all over again. Starting with a proven structure can shorten the path to productive use while still leaving room for individual requirements.
Start with a Ready-to-Use Solution
This is the idea behind the standard modules in speedikon® C. The modules come preconfigured, so you can start digitalising your processes without spending unnecessary time on initial setup and configuration.
They draw on experience from numerous projects and bring together structures and functions that have already proven useful in practice. Depending on the process, this can include predefined workflows, roles and permissions, forms, statuses, reports and dashboards. Instead of configuring every element individually, you have an established starting point that can be put into use much sooner.
At the same time, starting with a standard module does not mean being locked into a fixed solution. speedikon® C remains flexible, allowing you to adapt and extend the modules to reflect the reality of your organisation. You can use the standard where it fits and make adjustments where your requirements differ.
