Framence and FIGENER Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring Advanced Digital Twin Capabilities to Energy and Process Industries

Framence, developer of the photorealistic digital twin platform FRAMENCE, has formed a strategic partnership with FIGENER, a Brazilian engineering and consulting firm specializing in energy systems, process engineering, and industrial plant optimization. The collaboration focuses on integrating FIGENER’s extensive engineering know-how with FRAMENCE’s ability to deliver high-resolution visual documentation and asset intelligence.

Enhancing Asset Visibility and Operational Efficiency Through Digital Twins

By visualizing energy systems and process environments directly within FRAMENCE, FIGENER will support industrial operators in achieving better asset visibility, fewer field visits, and more efficient maintenance workflows. The partnership enables clients to access millimetre-accurate visual data, perform remote inspections of high-risk areas, and make faster, more informed decisions.

“This partnership allows us to bring advanced digital twin technology to industries where technical precision, safety, and efficient decision-making are mission-critical,” says Adrian Merkel, Managing Director of Framence GmbH.

“FIGENER’s deep sector expertise and customer relationships make them an ideal partner to expand our presence across the energy and process engineering markets in Latin America.”

Driving Digital Transformation Across Energy and Process Industries in Latin America

FIGENER views the partnership as a strategic addition to its portfolio, strengthening its position as an innovation-driven engineering provider. By offering FRAMENCE to clients, FIGENER aims to meet the growing demand for digitalization and modern asset management tools across Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, power generation, mining, and industrial plants.

“As soon as I got in touch with Framence, I immediately realized there would be great synergy with our activities and strong applicability for our client base. I believe this partnership will open the doors to the so-called Industry 4.0, paving the way for new developments and creating opportunities in strategic areas,” says Alexandre Sandoval, Commercial Director of FIGENER.

Through this collaboration, FIGENER will contribute its technical understanding of customer needs, pre-sales support, implementation expertise, and long-established market access. Clients can expect both short-term and long-term improvements, including reduced operational costs, fewer on-site activities, enhanced maintenance planning, increased safety, and better asset lifecycle management supported by continuous visual documentation.

Looking ahead, Framence and FIGENER foresee significant potential for innovation – connecting simulation, process engineering, and photorealistic digital twins to support long-term digital transformation across key industries in Latin America.
