The Center for Real Estate & Organisation Dynamics at Münster University of Applied Sciences, under the direction of Prof. Torben Bernhold, is launching a survey on customer satisfaction with property and facility management services. The results are intended to close a gap in the current information landscape, according to the explanatory notes. The survey is aimed at all asset, property and facility managers, all purchasers and professionals in CREM and FM. The 16 questions in the survey can be answered in just a few minutes and almost all at the click of a mouse. The results will be published in the second half of 2025.
