Digitalising processes in facility and real estate management often involves a balancing act. Whether it is managing maintenance activities, service requests or other day-to-day operations, a new digital process needs to be introduced quickly while remaining structured, traceable and reliable in daily use.<\/p>\n

Setting up such a process from scratch gives you plenty of freedom, but it also means making a series of decisions before it can actually be used. Workflows need to be defined, responsibilities assigned and the right information made available at each step.<\/p>\n

For many established workflows, however, much of this groundwork does not need to be done all over again. Starting with a proven structure can shorten the path to productive use while still leaving room for individual requirements.<\/p>\n
